As a licensed European Patent Attorney and German Patent Attorney, Sebastian Walter advises and represents clients on all levels of intellectual property law, in particular patent law.
His main areas of focus are the drafting of patent applications and their worldwide prosecution in examination proceedings, as well as patent opposition proceedings, and the provision of expert opinions on questions of patent infringement and validity.
Sebastian Walter has particular expertise in the technical fields of industrial organic chemistry, catalyst technology, polymer chemistry, fine chemical technology and pharmaceutical chemistry.
