We are delighted to invite you to Meissner Bolte’s IP-Days Seminar in Munich, which will begin at lunchtime on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 and will run through to our Oktoberfest farewell "hurrah" on September 28, 2023.
The IP-Days will be held in person, as usual. Following the success of our Hybrid IP Days in 2022, we shall also provide virtual access to our seminar for all those who will not be able to attend in Munich, but wish to keep up to date on developments in the world of IP.
This year is already another exciting year for IP in Europe. The European Commission has adopted proposals to modernise legislation on design protection, a valuable and oft-overlooked part of a rounded IP portfolio; Trade Mark owners are facing new, not so virtual, challenges with brand protection in the Metaverse; and finally, we have enjoyed the long-awaited opening of the UPC which, aside from a few early jitters, is providing a new forum for European Patent owners!
We are very happy to report that the Meissner Bolte “opt-in” to the IP-Days Seminar 2023 has been rigorously tested and we are certain you will have no problems in registering – please do not hesitate to reserve your place early, as this will avoid being forcibly “opted-out” due to over-booking.
