Meissner Bolte is delighted to have participated in the 2023 International IP Court Conference (IIPCC), hosted by the IP High Court of Korea. Our representatives, Alexander Son and Dr. Jasper Werhahn, had the honor of being present at the event in Daejeon, Korea.
The conference brought together experts in intellectual property and legal professionals. The topics covered were diverse and insightful, including discussions on IP jurisdictions, specialized IP courts, trade secrets, and case discussions on injunctions. A highlight was the explanatory session on the Unified Patent Court (UPC) featuring Klaus Grabinski, the President of the UPC.
