26.-27. September in München: MEISSNER BOLTE cordially invites you to their IP-Days 2018

We are delighted to invite you to Meissner Bolte’s IP-Days Seminar in Munich, which will begin at 12:30pm on Wednesday, September 26, 2018.

This year’s technical programme will focus on the “Internet of Things” and “Industry 4.0”, providing us with perspectives and practices from the key worldwide jurisdictions. We are delighted to be hosting experts from Japan, China and the USA – as well as giving some insights into the key EU jurisdictions of Germany and the UK. Of special note will be our speaker from Ericsson, providing us with the ever valuable industrial perspective.

Throughout our programme, we shall be covering new developments and legal aspects on Designs and Trademarks. Of particular note are our talks planned for Thursday, wherein we shall cover practice aspects of Trademark/Design creation, management and crucially brand protection/enforcement. Our seminar will end with an update on the UPC and provide some stimulating discussion on the ticking clock between Brexit and the German Constitutional Court!

For participants of the IP-Days, we have once again reserved, on September 27, 2018, a sufficient number of seats in one of the Oktoberfest’s most renowned beer tents: THE HAXENBRATEREI. We recommend that you book early, as registrations will be accepted in strict chronological order.

Number of participants: 40
Fee: Free of charge

The Seminar will take place at the Hilton Park Munich, Am Tucherpark 7, 80538, Munich. Please follow the instructions on the registration page, if you would like to book a room at this hotel.
