Sam has worked in IP for six years and is a chartered UK and qualified European patent attorney. He works with both small companies and individuals, as well as with large multinational corporations. Sam gives tailored advice relevant not just to the technical and legal circumstances, but also to the commercial aims and requirements of the specific client.
Sam has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the UK, Europe and further afield. He represents clients in proceedings before the EPO and UKIPO. He also advises clients on third party rights and the effects these may have on their own commercial activities.
