Florian Meyer has passion for the protection of computer implemented inventions (CII) and disruptive technology, such as blockchain and neural networks. For the protection of designs and trademarks, Florian Meyer takes into account the special requirements of the IT industry. Moreover, he gained substantial experience in opposition, cancellation and nullity proceedings and works on complex, cross-country litigation cases. In addition he is regularly involved in the creation of expert opinions on the validity and infringement of technical property rights.
