Samantha Köhler advices national and international companies on all aspects of intellectual property law (IP) and trade secrets. She has in-depth experience in trademark and competition law including data protection aspects. A further focus is on advising on German and cross-border patent and utility model disputes. She is specialized in obtaining and defending preliminary injunctions in trade fairs and other urgent matters. Samantha Köhler regularly publishes articles on legal issues on unfair competition law and design law.
