A focus of Florian Henke’s work is patent, utility model and design law, in particular strategic consulting regarding the filing of IP- applications, drafting of patent and design applications as well as representing the applicants before the German, European and international patent offices. Besides, he is experienced in defending and attacking patents in opposition and nullity proceedings and contributes to complex litigation cases. Florian Henke also draws up expert opinions on the infringement or validity of IP-rights.
