On 1 May 2018 Meissner Bolte opens a new location in Dusseldorf/Ratingen. The new business unit works together with patent attorney and lawyer Prof. Dr. Dr. Fitzner (66), who has an outstanding reputation on the market, particularly in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry and process engineering. “The co-operation with such a powerful unit as Meissner Bolte offers our firm an excellent future perspective", Prof. Fitzner explains this step. The final merger of the law firms will then take place at the turn of the year.
The large number of disputes in which Prof. Fitzner plays a leading role speaks for itself. “Through our co-operation with Prof. Fitzner, we are able to render services at Europe's most important Patent Litigation location even more prominently. Meissner Bolte is currently involved in more than 20 proceedings before the Dusseldorf courts.
