ABOUT THE SEMINAR
Patent attorneys Dr. Lukas Bischoff and Dr. Christopher Behrens will lecture on the topic of selection invention. They will discuss the different approaches developed by European patent offices to decide on these inventions, which is also reflected in a different view of the scope of disclosure of the relevant prior art.
