MEISSNER BOLTE cordially invites you to their IP-Days 2017!

We are delighted to invite you to Meissner Bolte’s IP Days Seminar in Munich, which this year will begin at 1:30pm on Wednesday, September 20, 2017.

Our Wednesday programme will begin by focussing on trademark law in the USA, Germany and the EU. Our session will continue with practical information and strategies for building a successful design portfolio and then conclude with a discussion on generating revenue from Intellectual Property assets – arguably one of the main reasons for filing IP!

On Thursday morning we shall delve into post grant practices in different jurisdictions, providing practical information and useful case law decisions to assist you in this practice. The Thursday afternoon session will focus on the Unified Patent Court, providing a status update, as well as the potential impacts of BREXIT on IP in the UK.

For participants of the IP-Days, we have once again reserved, on September 21, 2017, a sufficient number of seats in one of the Oktoberfest’s most renowned beer tents: THE HAXENBRATEREI. We recommend that you book early, as registrations will be accepted in strict chronological order.

Event date: September 20 – 21, 2017
Number of participants: 40
Fee: Free of charge

The Seminar will take place at the Hilton Park Munich, Am Tucherpark 7, 80538, Munich. Please follow the instructions on the registration page, if you would like to book a room at this hotel.

Upon your arrival, you can look forward to Munich’s traditional warm welcome:
